Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online betting and gaming services offered via the website doxxx.bet for the Doxx Bet environment (the "Website") and your use of all products, services and content made available through the Website. By creating an account, using the Website or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

The services are operated by DOXXbet Ltd., 64/1, Agiton Building, St. Anthony Street, San Gwann, SGN1437, Malta, and/or DOXXbet s.r.o., ul. K-L'-mentisa 10, 010 01 Zilina, Slovakia (together, the "Operator"), acting under licences issued by the Malta Gaming Authority ("MGA"), including licences MGA/B2C/217/2012 and MGA/B2C/232/2012, as applicable. The Operator's current licensing status in Great Britain, if any, can be verified at the UK Gambling Commission public register at https://gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/. You must not use the services from Great Britain if applicable law requires the Operator to hold a licence from the Gambling Commission of Great Britain and the Operator does not hold such a licence.

Access to and use of the Website are subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy (https://doxxx.bet/en/privacy-policy/), the Responsible Gaming Policy (https://doxxx.bet/en/responsible-gaming/), any house rules for particular games or products, and any additional terms for specific promotions (together, the "Agreement"). In the event of conflict, product-specific or promotion-specific terms will prevail over these general Terms to the extent of inconsistency.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa as the context requires.

  • Operator means DOXXbet Ltd. and/or DOXXbet s.r.o., as described in the Introduction, which operate the Website and provide the betting and gaming services available via doxxx.bet for the Doxx Bet environment.
  • Website means the website accessible at https://doxxx.bet and any subdomains, mobile applications or other technical platforms on which the Operator offers online betting and gaming services under the Doxx Bet brand for users associated with Doxx Bet.
  • Account means a personal, single-user account registered in your name with the Operator for the purpose of using the services on the Website.
  • User or Player means any natural person who has created an Account on the Website or otherwise uses the services offered by the Operator via the Website.
  • Services means all betting, casino, live casino, peer-to-peer gaming, promotional and ancillary services offered by the Operator via the Website.
  • Bet means any stake, wager or participation in a betting or gaming transaction, including casino spins, live casino bets and any similar game participation undertaken through your Account.
  • Wager means any amount of real money or bonus funds placed on a Bet.
  • Bonus means any promotional benefit (including bonus money, free bets, free spins, cashback or similar) that the Operator credits to your Account under specific promotional conditions.
  • Bonus Funds means funds credited to your Account as part of a Bonus and which may be subject to wagering or other requirements before they can be withdrawn.
  • Real Money Balance means funds deposited by you or credited as winnings that are not subject to outstanding wagering requirements and may be withdrawn, subject to these Terms.
  • Wagering Requirements means the total amount you must wager using Bonus Funds and/or real money before associated Bonus Funds and winnings may be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
  • KYC or Know Your Customer means identity, age, address, affordability and source-of-funds verification and any related checks performed by the Operator to comply with legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering ("AML") obligations.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction means any country or territory where online gambling with the Operator is prohibited or where the Operator chooses not to offer services, including Great Britain if the Operator does not hold a Gambling Commission licence when such a licence is required.
  • Business Day means a day (other than Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) on which banks are generally open for business in Malta and Slovakia.

Account Registration

To use the services on the Website, you must open an Account and satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements set out in these Terms and under applicable law.

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account and participate in any betting or gaming services on the Website. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of your jurisdiction, including the UK where applicable.
  • Location restrictions: You must not access or use the Website from any Restricted Jurisdiction. Registration Process

  • Email and phone verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or mobile number by responding to verification links or codes. Failure to complete verification may lead to suspension or closure of your Account.
  • KYC documentation: Before you can deposit, bet or withdraw (and at any time thereafter), the Operator may request documents such as a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address (for example, a utility bill or bank statement), proof of ownership of payment methods, and evidence of source of funds or wealth.   • Verification checks: The Operator may perform electronic identity, age, credit, affordability, AML and sanctions screening using third-party databases. By registering, you consent to such checks in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

User Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete, and you must promptly update your details if they change. The Operator may suspend or close your Account if it reasonably believes that any information is false, misleading or incomplete.
  • Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. Any Bet placed using your credentials will be treated as having been placed by you.
  • Unauthorised use: You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation or used in breach of these Terms. The Operator may suspend the Account while investigating.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable laws and the rules of any specific products or promotions you use. You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

This section sets out the key rules governing the placing, acceptance, settlement, cancellation and conduct of Bets placed via the Website.

Placing Bets

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed to be offered by you when you submit your betting slip or confirm participation in a game. The Bet is accepted by the Operator only when it is recorded as accepted on the Operator's servers. The records of the Operator are final and conclusive evidence of the details and outcome of all Bets.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each product or event may have minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed on the Website or within the relevant game interface. The Operator may reject all or part of any requested Bet that falls outside permitted limits or for risk management reasons.

Bet Confirmation, Settlement and Errors

  • Bet confirmation: Once a Bet has been submitted and accepted by the Operator, it cannot be cancelled or changed by you. The confirmed Bet will appear in your betting history in your Account.
  • Results and settlement: Bets will be settled based on the official result or outcome as determined by the relevant sports governing body, game provider or Operator's rules. In casino and live casino games, settlement is based on the random number generator ("RNG") or live game result as recorded on the Operator's systems.
  • Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at an incorrect price, line, handicap, event detail or any other manifest error (including technical or human errors), the Operator may void the Bet in whole or in part, or settle it at the correct terms that should reasonably have applied at the time the Bet was placed.
  • Technical interruptions: If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical failure, the Operator will act in accordance with its internal policies and regulatory requirements, which may include voiding affected Bets, restoring the game state to the last recorded position, or crediting/refunding stakes as appropriate.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • User-initiated cancellation: You have no right to cancel a Bet once it has been accepted by the Operator, unless the Website expressly offers a "cash out" or similar feature for that particular Bet and you successfully exercise that feature under the conditions presented.
  • Operator-initiated voiding: The Operator may void or adjust Bets in whole or in part where it reasonably believes that:
    • the Bet was affected by a technical error, mispricing or obvious mistake;
    • the event was cancelled, voided or materially altered;
    • there has been collusion, cheating, match-fixing or other integrity issues; or
    • the Bet breaches applicable law or these Terms.

Conduct in Live Casino, Games and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, other players and staff in live casino games and any chat facilities. You must not use offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing or threatening language.
  • Prohibition of fraud and unfair play: You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, manipulative or unfair conduct, including but not limited to:
    • colluding with other players or third parties;
    • using automated systems, bots, scripts, AI tools or any software designed to give you an unfair advantage;
    • exploiting obvious errors, bugs or loopholes in games or the Website; or
    • engaging in chargeback fraud or using stolen payment credentials.
  • Monitoring and sanctions: The Operator may monitor usage of the Website and chats for compliance with these Terms. The Operator may remove chat messages, restrict chat access, suspend or close Accounts, and void or withhold Bets and winnings where it reasonably suspects misconduct.

Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotions are offered at the discretion of the Operator and are intended to enhance your entertainment. All Bonuses are subject to these Bonus Terms, the general Terms and any specific conditions communicated with the offer.

Activation and Eligibility

  • Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus will have its own conditions (for example, minimum deposit, qualifying Bet, promo code or game restrictions). These conditions will be displayed on the Website or communicated by email or on-site messages.
  • Bonus activation: A Bonus will be credited to your Account only after you satisfy the relevant conditions and, where required, expressly opt in.   • Restricted games: Certain games or categories (for example, some jackpots, live dealer games or high-risk table games) may be excluded from Bonus wagering. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering and may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
  • Bonus stacking: Unless expressly permitted, you may not combine or "stack" multiple Bonuses or promotions in a way that creates overlapping wagering requirements on the same deposit or set of Bets.
  • Consequences of abuse: Where the Operator reasonably suspects Bonus abuse, arbitrage, collusion or other prohibited conduct, it may remove Bonuses and associated winnings, adjust balances, suspend or close Accounts and refuse further Bonuses.

Payments & Withdrawals

This section describes how you may deposit funds into and withdraw funds from your Account, and the conditions that apply to such transactions.

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • Payment methods: Subject to availability in your region and applicable law, you may fund your Account using debit cards, selected e-wallets, bank transfers and, where permitted, certain cryptocurrencies and alternative payment methods. Refunds and Reversals

  • Chargebacks: You must not request a chargeback from your payment provider without a valid legal basis. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or closure of your Account, recovery of outstanding amounts and reporting to relevant authorities or credit agencies.

  • Withholding of funds: The Operator may withhold withdrawals and/or void winnings where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, breach of these Terms or any other unlawful conduct, pending completion of an investigation and, where necessary, regulatory or law-enforcement guidance.

Limitation of Liability

The Operator seeks to provide a fair, secure and reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Website. This section explains how the Operator's liability to you is limited under applicable law.

Operator Commitments

  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability of the Operator for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination and Suspension by the Operator

Termination by You
